Because I can be a color slut (always changing) and because my hair grows extraordinarily fast
(buzz cut to the tip of my bum in 3 years flat) I was delighted, recently to discover that Manic Panic has a new brand of temporary color that goes on almost like paint and it is incredibly bright under black light (I'm also a UV slut......lol).

One doesn't even have to bleach their hair because the color literally covers the hair.

And, with the exception of any colors with red in them, it will wash completely out in five minutes.

Only drawbacks are it makes a bit of a helmet of your hairstyle (although not visually) but then I am into using really heavy spiking gel anyway so that's cool, too.

I'm sure the hair color police won't be to enamored of it because it's just too easy to use, but I love it.

It even comes in a very rad platinum/white version that you almost need sunglasses for under a black light.

Well, just thought a guy should post here.

enjoy, color on.

The platinum sounds rad. I like the option of just a hair change for the night. I don't really like helmet head, but I'd cope for an interesting hair night. Where do you get the stuff?

Of all wierd places, Longs Santa Cruz (in the downtown area) which actually has a pretty decent
      exHAIRemental hair section.

With all of your radical looks (cool pics in your profile) you'll dig the hell out of this stuff.

Also, last night, just for shits and giggle, I got some reddish purple dye (same brand) and, instead of pasting it on my hair I just mixed it with water and put it into my hair like normal
hair styling gel. The color is not as intense but you can make it go a long way.

I washed it out and , sure enough, the redness of the dye tinged the tips of my bleached blond hair with a pinkish tint which seemed appropriate as I had an acapella performance at the Bay ARea Voice and Electronica Thingee in 'Oakland.

tomorrow, I cut it all off and start from scratch yet again............LOL

      later hair sluts!!!!!!
